● FAQ

Your questions answered before you come

If you cannot find what you are looking for, write or call us: we reply during clinic hours.

Would you rather talk to someone?

Our reception team will guide you to the specialist you need.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we work by appointment so the specialist you need is available and you do not have to wait. Book by calling 922 79 50 50, on WhatsApp or using the form on this website.

I am on holiday and have toothache. Can you see me?

Yes. We treat dental emergencies for residents and tourists. Call us as soon as you notice the problem and we will give you the first available slot to relieve the pain and assess the treatment.

Can I claim a refund from my foreign insurer?

We issue itemised invoices based on official fee scales, such as the German GOÄ, so you can claim a refund from your private or state insurer at home.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards at reception.

Is the clinic accessible?

Yes. We are on the ground floor of the Mar-ola Park building, with wheelchair-accessible entrance and toilets. We also have a nursing room.

At what age should a child first see the dentist?

We recommend the first visit when the first tooth appears or, at the latest, by their first birthday. It is a short, relaxed check-up so they get to know us.

Does getting a dental implant hurt?

The implant is placed under local anaesthetic, so you will not feel pain during the procedure. Any discomfort afterwards is usually mild and controlled with the medication we prescribe.

Do you give a quote before starting treatment?

Yes. After the check-up and X-ray we explain your options and give you a detailed written quote, with no obligation.
